KRING Technologies, a Danish Success Story in India

KRING Technologies is a very ambitious and successful international IT consulting and software development company offering software consulting, development and maintenance services on an onsite-offshore business model.

KRING has since its India start-up in 2003, expanded rapidly, and today has offices in Denmark, Ukraine and India and is also planning for new facilities in China.

KRING started out in India with no more than a handful of employees four years ago, and today employs more than 130 employees at two offices in India. In these four years, KRING has not only expanded in size, but has also built up a successful and quality oriented organisation in terms of dedicated employees, strong process and project management, comprehensive quality management, powerful domain and technology knowledge and experience, and a far reaching focus on what KRING value above all – the individual employee.

“In 2008 and 2009, we are planning to further challenge the more established IT companies with our abilities to deliver complex solutions; and with a strong focus we will be successful in winning more business from the established players in the market. We are expecting further growth worldwide and especially in India. The Indian business environment and economical reforms have most certainly played a part in our growth in India, but another key factor is the skills and competences that our Indian employees possess. Our experience is that within IT, Indian specialists are very well-educated and hard working. Also, many Indians have international experience and, even more importantly, an international outlook, which ties up perfectly with the values and mission of KRING Technologies as an international company,” says Mikael Munck, CEO at KRING Technologies.

Although it’s less than five-year-old company in India, it has expanded rapidly, thanks to India’s expertise in IT and KRING’s much-thought-about HR policie.

As a response to the lack of enough highly qualified IT professionals in Scandinavia, it’s of paramount importance to KRING to, at all times, attract the best and most talented IT employees of India to fill this gap, and ensure that Scandinavian companies have access to a resource pool who are able to deliver quality IT solution on time and at a competitive price. To help achieve these goals, one of the most critical focal points for KRING is the recruitment process.
