Mikael Munck – CEO, KRING Technologies A/S

For the past 15 years, Mikael Munck has worked in international management positions in the software industry – primarily focusing on the financial sector. Preceding KRING Technologies A/S, he was CEO for the Bonnier company ALOC for 2 years, specifically focusing on Nordic and international expansion and prior to this he was the Nordic manager for more than 10 years as well as a member of the European Management team for one of the world’s leading software suppliers, US company SunGuard.

Internationally Mikael has worked in Luxembourg, London and New York.

Mikael Munck has a Masters Degree in Business from the Copenhagen Business School, which he has supplemented with further international training including the management programs “International Executive Program” from INSEAD and “Senior Executive Program” from the London Business School.


Niels H. Leist – Director, KRING Global Projects

Niels H. Leist has more than 15 years of experience within software development and IT management.

Niels H. Leist has worked as a CTO for the A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S company Scalepoint Technologies Ltd., as well as a manager within KPMG Consulting’s Business Technology division. Before that Niels H. Leist worked for 8 years at IBM as an IT architect and international project manager, where he played a significant role in establishing IBM Denmark’s first offshore development center in Belarus, Eastern Europe.

Niels H. Leist holds a degree in engineering within production and quality management from the Danish Technical University (DTU) and a degree in business administration from the Copenhagen Business School (CBS). Niels H. Leist has achieved numerous certifications within project management and software development methodology.

Randi Mørk Lildballe – Global HR Manager, KRING A/S

Randi Mørk Lildballe has for the last 6 years worked with Asia-related issues, acquiring a comprehensive knowledge and experience of Asia, especially India.

She has lived in India for more than 2 years and is working with KRING Technologies as HR manager.

Her principal focus is on the interaction between political, economical, social and cultural factors and its significance for the success rate of outsourcing and intercultural communication.

Randi Mørk Lildballe holds a Master Degree in Political Science from Aarhus University. As part of her Master Degree she has also studied 6 months at JNU, New Delhi, India and she finalized her Master thesis at Nordic Institute of Asian Studies (NIAS), Copenhagen, Denmark.


Management Ukraine

Jesper Lindholt - COO / KECE, KRING Ukraine

At KRING, Jesper Lindholt is putting his two different sets of experience to use: technology management and consulting in the former Soviet Union.

In the mid-90’s Jesper worked as a consultant for the European Union on business development projects in Russia, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine. As International Director for TDC Internet, he later built an Internet outsourcing unit with more than 400 thousand users in four countries. In 2000, Jesper left TDC to co-found an IP-based outsourcing company, estructure.net. The company was later sold to TDC and became TDC Hosting. Jesper was then Director in the Product Management division of TDC Erhverv (B2B) for three years until he came to Ukraine, initially to head an independent mobile games developer.

Jesper Lindholt has a Masters Degree of Business Economics from Aarhus University supplemented with executive courses at IMD.

Rajat Kumar – COO, KRING India

Rajat Kumar has more than 10-years of experience; working in IT & Telecom industry. For past 8-years Rajat has been working with software services organizations; focusing on onsite-offshore software development. He has been selling and managing software services and application development projects in various geographies including Australia, US, and currently Europe. Rajat is overall responsible for sales, pre-sales, project deliveries and other operational aspects of KRING India.

Rajat has done his Masters in Business Administration from IIPM, Delhi, India and he did his Graduation in Life Sciences (Honors) from Hansraj College, Delhi University, India.

Rakesh Sahu - KRING's Chartered Accountant in India

KRING India has engaged Mishra Sahu Jain & Associates; a leading Chartered Accountant firm; for advising and auditing KRING India on the financial and legal aspects of its growth. Rakesh Sahu is one of the founding partners of MSJ Associates and is involved in giving professional consulting in financial and legal matters. Rakesh along with other partners of MSJ Associates are certified Chartered Accountants and are full-time members of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI); India’s apex body of Chartered Accountants.

Rakesh has more than 8 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Auditing Legal due diligence. He specializes in providing financial and legal consultancy to International companies that want to start their operation in India.
