itself with clients at their site/s. For the whole duration
of the project, KRING closely works with client’s designate
project teams, which may include Client Management, Project
Managers, Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, in-house
Technical Team, Users, etc.
All the steps of the SDLC are accomplished at the client’s
site, including:
- Project Planning and Project Management
- Requirement Analysis
- System Requirement Specifications and finalizing Scope
- Design and Development
- Testing and Documentation
- Delivery and Implementation
- User Acceptance Testing and Sign-off
The subsequent support and maintenance services can also
be provided at client sites.
KRING follows Onsite development model when the scope of
work involves:
- Only Business Analysis and Project Management Consultancy
Services are required with extensive user interaction
- Implementation of enterprise applications such as ERP,
CRM, SCM, BI, etc (however a part of the development work
and customizations can still be done at offshore locations)
- Client’s project environment can not be emulated
at offshore, even remote connectivity to client’s
systems (through dedicated connections, VPN, etc) is not
possible
- Project timelines are aggressive, whereby setting up
of an offshore development team and project environment
is not feasible
- Security, confidentiality or legal concerns are involved
