For our development centre in India, we are looking for an experienced technical senior project manager, who is keen on management and technical sparring with our Indian developers and project managers.

Your main tasks will be:

• To ensure that our Indian development teams work in accordance with the Danish project organisation
• Preparation and quality control of software requirement specifications, functional specification requirements, project planning and subsequent follow-up
• Manage and plan the project team’s tasks and motivation
• Responsibility for estimate/budget and deadlines in connection with external contracts
• Complete project reporting to the Danish Account Manager
• Proactive handling of project risks
• Participation in cross-disciplinary management – and project relevant assignments

On project management level in India, we work with verified project management concepts within PMI. Our project process contains specific methodologies and guidelines that help the project manager run projects professionally and streamlined.

Additional points of importance:

• You are familiar with - and have experience of several of the following technologies; Java, .Net, MS SQL and Oracle
• You have a relevant academic back ground and a minimum of five years’ relevant professional experience

Your primary responsibilities will be:

• Execution of campaigns in connection with winning new clients. This includes canvas and push sales, as well as the employment of a number of technological solutions to support your efforts

• Drawing up propositions, including pre-calculations and negotiations – perhaps in cooperation with more experienced sales consultants

What we are looking for:

• You may be newly qualified with a commercial background or have a few years’ experience of consultancy, preferably within the technological sector

• You possess great sales and negotiation skills in Danish as well as English. Proficiency in Norwegian and Swedish will be an advantage
