“Stay in touch” is Telia’s motto –
and while Denmark’s second biggest mobile operator is
focusing on keeping in touch with its customers, KRING Technologies
is now responsible for the development and the implementation
of Telia’s new internal Knowledge Management system “Infoportalen”
Telia chose the WEB500 CMS system as platform for their Knowledge
Management system and KRING Technologies was selected as a development
and implementations partner.
The extensive resource pool, which is at KRING’s availability
at its development centre in India was an important factor for
Telia in partnering with KRING. The project required to be completed
as soon as possible and in fact the first delivery was ready
for implementation only a few weeks after the contract was signed.
This helped Telia in getting faster results while maintaining
the quality and cost aspects. Telia saved both time and money
by selecting KRING as a partner rather than using their own
resources.
Another important aspect for choosing KRING was the Danish Project
Management throughout the whole process. Close and efficient
communication process between the parties is a requisite for
development of Knowledge Management solutions.
Most of KRING Technologies’ development resources are
based in KRING’s office at Gurgaon, i.e. south of New
Delhi, India but the symphony is orchestrated by the Danish
Management in India and Denmark. This is ensuring clear communication
between the involved parties and the shortest distance from
conception to implementation.
