Dear We’ve been making big progress on our ventures the last month and digitally onboarded 4 new Co-Founders. Below you will find the current statuses and updates for our different ventures in KRING Speedbooting 2019:
AYA - MENTAL HEALTH ASSISTANT
Beta testing, app development and new Co-Founder
Status We’ve launched our beta version with success, with more than 100 beta users providing us with valuable feedback and learnings. Our team has worked hard to “design” more than 2 weeks of user flows with a focus on anxiety, depression and the corona situation. As we speak, the first prototype of the app is currently being built by our Ukrainian development team while we’re continuously beta-testing and preparing all the growth initiatives and practicalities for our big app launch. Our Innobooster application is also being processed by the Innovationsfonden which will hopefully bring us 400.000 DKK in support. You can see a video of the app below, which we also used in the application.

New external consultant and potential Co-Founder, Simon Morel With a background in design, UX, product management and with experience leading startups within AI, bots and cloud technology, we are excited to have Simon a part of the project.

Aya presentation video For our Innobooster application we put together an explanatory video of our vision with Aya, functionalities and the competitive landscape. Enjoy the video :) See the video here
Challenges We’ve faced a lot of bugs from our chatbot service, BotXo, which have caused serious delays for our testing. We have identified another solution we can migrate to if the bugs continue in BotXo. Next steps Finishing the app development. Starting the growth machine (user acquisition) so we can get users to download the app via Android and Apple AppStore.
WELLDIUM - SUPPLEMENT DISPENSARY
Validation is well underway with our first 12 practitioners on-boarded and 5 orders
Status: We have on-boarded the first 12 practitioners from Denmark, Sweden, Netherlands, UK and Switzerland. With more than 500 products available on the platform, we have also received the first few orders from patients. We are in the process of attracting more practitioners to the platform with the main focus on Denmark. The current marketing channels we are using to attract practitioners right now are email and cold canvas calls, where we also continuously test our hypotheses and get feedback from the practitioners, so we can optimize the platform. The main focus areas right now, are:
Supplier negotiations to get more products on the platform
Cold canvas call to attract and on-board more practitioners
Research and handling of legal aspects to construct the European setup
Optimize the platform based on feedback from practitioners

Our website, www.welldium.com Take a look at our current website, which is our MVP. If you wish to see the webshop you need to register as a practitioner - then we will approve your request :) www.welldium.com

Infographics - Sales Material To quickly give you a better understanding of the business model and how it works for the practitioners, please also see our info-graphic you can download via the link below. Download Infographics
Next steps: As we already have a platform that works quite well, concluded from the feedback we are receiving from practitioners, the next step will be to get more products available on the platform from the “right” brands and on-board more practitioners so the revenue can scale. You can help by: If you know any practitioners who work with health, nutrition or functional medicine, please tell them about us or let us know.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY IN PRIVATE HOMES
New Co-Founder onboarded while validating market and customer needs
Status Our focus has been on market validation and running various experiments. Together with our corporate partner we have been running two experiments with two branch offices and their local customers (more than 100). These experiments had impressive conversion rates and we finished our first heating pump installation including full financing already last week. Our experiments and tests are confirming a large market and validating customers' need for less friction in this market. And not least that a concept like ours is a relevant solution to current market demands. A boost from the government There is positive news from the government, who started their climate plan with new initiatives to make it even cheaper to change individual heating from oil and gas to heating pumps. If these proposed initiatives come into place, it will enhance and accelerate the market potential considerably. Read more about the government's proposals here )

Meet our new Co-Founder, Niklas Niklas holds a BSc. In International Business & Politics from CBS and is a Master of Public Policy from the University of Oxford. With his background from ReD Associates, McKinsey and Københavns Kommune we've found a perfect match.
Next steps We will spend the next four to six weeks getting closer to a clarification on how to proceed with the collaboration with our corporate partner. Together with them we will decide on a strategy, execution, and plan for our next “start small” phase - and hopefully incorporate this exciting new venture within the next two - three months.

Validating new blood testing options
The last couple of months, we've tested some new options for our users to have a blood sample taken from the shoulder and send to a laboratory for analysis.
