If we invest
Total capital deployed can reach up to 5M DKK depending on stage and EIFO eligibility. The equity level reflects what KRING brings: capital, an operational team across Growth, Tech, and Finance, EIFO facilitation, board involvement, and a network of corporate and investor introductions. Where it makes sense, we co-invest alongside angels from our network, many of whom are also KRING LPs. IP stays with you at all times. All terms are indicative and negotiated per partnership.
* EIFO Matchlån matches qualifying equity investments 1:1, up to a 3M DKK programme cap. Reaching the full 3M typically requires syndicate co-investment alongside KRING. Subject to EIFO approval and eligibility (Danish-registered company, accumulated revenue under 3M DKK, innovative business model). Current rate: 5% + CIBOR3, no personal guarantee.
After investment - an operational team embedded in your company
Once we invest, you get fractional access to KRING's growth, tech, and finance teams. This is named people who learn your business, sit in your meetings, and execute alongside you. The services aren't free, and we don't pretend they are. You pay a fixed monthly fee per service - scope and price agreed before we invest, set to cover operational cost. Our return comes from the equity, not from billing you. Find it cheaper elsewhere? Go for it.
