From building companies to backing founders

Martin and Jesper Kring started their first company in 2003 and sold KRING Technologies, now Initto, to Saxo Bank in 2010. From 2013 we built and backed our own startups, with exits to Andel Energi and four Danish banks. In 2016 we started investing in early-stage founders, and in 2022 we raised our current fund.

Today we're an early-stage VC fund with an operating team. We invest DKK 1.5–3M at pre-seed and seed, often as the whole round, and give founders a direct line to our people in sales and growth, finance and tech.

We're sector-agnostic, though most of our current portfolio is in health, wellbeing and the built environment. 20+ companies built and backed, most recently with exits from TestaViva and Sequence.
