On Thursday afternoon, D-mærket called Carelog. By 7 the next morning, TV 2 News was at the office on Ragnagade, where CEO Malthe Kalmar and CTO Elias Hasselberg welcomed them.
The segment was about how companies can get started with IT security and cybersecurity. Alongside Mikael Jensen from D-mærket, the Danish labelling scheme for IT security and responsible use of data, Carelog shared how they have approached it themselves.
Security from day one
Carelog works with some of the most sensitive information there is: patient records, therapy sessions and clinical notes. That is why security has been a priority from the start, not something added on later.
Carelog earned the D-mærket label in 2025 and an ISAE 3000 assurance report in early 2026, independently audited by an external auditor.

The message of the segment was one that every company can act on, regardless of size:

Today, Carelog is used by Hejmdal Privathospital, among others, and works with partners including the Danish Psychological Association and Systematic.
