At KRING, we clearly remember our first meetings with Michael Lauritzen back in 2016. At the time, he had already built his first companies and proven that the problem behind TestaViva was real. With a simple solution called Sikkerarv, he had attracted the first 1,000 customers. However, the ambition went far beyond a good product; the goal was to create a scalable, digital, and data-driven platform capable of changing the way people in Denmark manage legal matters.

As part of the company's continued development, Kenneth Krabbe was recruited as CEO and led TestaViva into a new phase focused on professional scaling, commercial strength, and profitable growth.
The solution now in place ensures that the co-founders and management become majority shareholders and can continue developing the company together with Dansk Ejerkapital. This creates continuity and a strong foundation for the next phase of TestaViva's journey.
