Overview
KRING and InstallatørGruppen have partnered to create Spectia, a digital platform addressing modernization needs in the installation sector. The venture already has 40 installers undergoing onboarding.
Platform Capabilities
Spectia offers installers streamlined handling of critical business operations:
- Procurement workflows: Automating purchase proposal comparisons, invoice verification, and price benchmarking against negotiated terms
- Sustainability documentation: Generating CO2 calculations and LCA documentation for purchased materials — a requirement under new July 1, 2025 building permit legislation
- Bonus transparency: Providing clarity on expected incentives often misunderstood by installers
"The platform will also automatically generate CO2 calculations and documentation for all purchased products."
— Nicholas Andreasen, CEO
Industry Impact
The initiative democratizes access to enterprise-grade digital tools for smaller, independent installation firms, leveling the competitive landscape.
"Access to the same advanced digital tools as large corporations."
— Niels Meidahl, CEO, InstallatørGruppen
