Q3 showed strong momentum across KRING’s portfolio

Q3 marked a phase of strong momentum and maturing performance across the KRING portfolio.

November 28, 2025

The venture landscape in 2025 has experienced significant change. In Denmark, total venture capital is down approximately 44 percent year-on-year, yet seed and early-stage deals have remained strong, especially within AI, healthtech, and the green transition. This shift clearly highlights the importance of focusing on the seed and early stages, where activity remains resilient.

As a tech and AI-driven venture building studio, KRING addresses this. Our ambition is to outperform the traditional venture model by increasing the survival rate and reducing the time it takes to go from startup to profitable growth, which traditionally takes seven to ten years, but for us happens in a fraction of that time.

Within the current landscape, 2025 has been a year of real momentum for KRING. Our portfolio is maturing, our studio is producing successful spinouts, and we are scaling our AI-enabled infrastructure. The following sections highlight how Speedbooting performed in 2025 and how we are working with our ventures.

Portfolio Performance

SpeedBooting22 now includes seven active portfolio companies and four new ventures in validation, spanning both health and green energy. Several companies, Aescolab, Triba Health, Sequence, and ejendom.com, have reached strong commercial inflection points. Others, including Spectia, Conceivio, and Orklys, are progressing from build toward market scale.

Here more about it from Thomas Refdahl - Partner & Head of growth / portfolio

Cosmica OS

Cosmica is KRING’s internal operating system, the engine that turns Speedbooting into a faster, smarter, and more aligned way of building companies. It transforms years of venture-building knowledge into an AI-driven platform that automates manual work, creates one shared source of truth, and gives real-time clarity across all ventures.

Built on a modern AI-first stack, Cosmica enables automated workflows, semantic search, and intelligent portfolio monitoring across the entire studio. Its core modules include a real-time portfolio dashboard, an automated venture evaluation system, and an AI-powered knowledge OS that accelerates decision-making and strengthens performance.

Cosmica also manages the full Entrepreneur-in-Residence journey, improving speed, accountability, and consistency from early experiments to incorporation. With modular architecture that scales across funds and ventures, it embeds AI into every stage of the studio.

Ultimately, Cosmica gives KRING a lasting competitive edge. It unifies founders, boards, and investors around shared truth, turns collective knowledge into execution, and ensures KRING delivers ventures with higher speed, capital efficiency, and long-term value creation.

Looking forward

As we enter 2026, KRING is positioned for further growth. Our portfolio is maturing with ventures delivering real commercial traction. Our studio model is validated through multiple successful spinouts. We also have a pipeline aligned with Europe’s strategic agenda in health, energy, and sustainability. All of this is supported by our fully digital and AI-driven infrastructure via Cosmica OS.

KRING’s ambition for 2026 is to continue to demonstrate measurable results and optimize our ventures and platform to help accelerate a similar evolution in the Nordics and across Europe, with KRING and Denmark as the natural testbed for this new generation of venture building.
